When and why did you start training to be a Slap Fighter?

I started training a couple months ago for Power Slap because my boy AyJay Static was doing so good in this sport. I wanted to make a switch over from MMA, as well, and I felt I had a great shot at potentially being one of the greats in this sport.

What does fighting in Power Slap mean for you and your career?

Fighting in Power Slap means everything to me. Combat sports is what I fell in love with – the battle between two fierce competitors is something I can’t live without. Power Slap is where I hope to BREAK through in Combat Sports and help blow this up to new levels by winning! It means everything to me.

What are your ultimate goals in fighting?

My ultimate goal is to be one of the ALL-TIME GREATS IN THIS SPORT AND WIN NUMEROUS TIMES. The championship is definitely on my mind, as well as seeking potential double or triple champion status. I want to be the greatest of all-time.

What’s the worst thing you’ve ever done?

The worst thing I’ve ever done was not be the person I am today. I wasn’t the nicest person when I was young and hated the world quite a bit, until I grew up and realized it’s not all bad, and there is some good out there. So the worst thing I’ve done was not being the respectful responsible guy I feel I am today!

Is there anyone you’d like to slap fight against?

I am prepared to fight everyone in the light heavyweight division because I know if I ever want to win a championship that’s what I will have to do. I told my boy AyJay I didn’t wanna fight him because we’re friends, but he said if I have to just to further my career, do it! So, I’m mentally prepared to fight them all at one point or another!

Occupation/past occupation(s):

My past jobs were very physically demanding. I started roofing at 14 years old until I started moving houses at 18. Sure, I did construction and landscaping in between, but I stuck with moving until I was about 24; that’s when I finally got a normal job at a Family Dollar. It took some getting used to because I’m so used to moving houses all day, but I’m getting the hang of it while I focus on training for combat sports more often.
